Law No. 47-18 on the reform of the Regional Investment Centers and the establishment of the Unified Regional Investment Commissions as published in the Official Bulletin on February 21, 2019, serves as the governing law for the CRI.
The CRI is set up as a public institution with legal personality and financial autonomy. It operates under the supervision of the State, whose purpose is to ensure compliance with the provisions of the law, especially those relating to the missions assigned to it and in general, to ensure the application of legislative and regulatory texts relating to public establishments.
