Law No. 47-18 on the reform of the Regional Investment Centers and the creation of the Unified Regional Investment Commissions (published in the Official Bulletin of February 21, 2019) is the law governing the CRIs.
The CRI is set up as a public institution with legal personality and financial autonomy. It is subject to the supervision of the State, whose purpose is to ensure compliance with the provisions of the law, in particular those relating to the missions assigned to it and in general, to ensure the application of legislative and regulatory texts relating to public establishments.
